Here you will find the production steps from draping the fabric, pressing of small parts to single parts like sleeve, shoulder and body. You will find the pressing steps for the ready-sewn jacket in the finishing pressing department.

On the small drawings we have marked the areas which will be pressed with the corresponding machine / device. The short description on the right side explains the pressing operation and the therefore used pressing machine / device will be shown as model number on the left side. To get detailed descriptions of the respective pressing machine / device please click on the model number.

According to your requested capacity of the pressing operations we are able to provide you with several alternatives, e. g. with "control by microprocessor" or electric-pneumatic control or - depending on the requirements - also pressing tables with own motor or for connection to the central steam and vacuum system.
